TABERNA MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The eleventh Annual Meeting of the Taberna Master Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007, 7:00 p.m., at the Orringer Auditorium located on the campus of Craven Community College, New Bern, NC.
If you are unable to attend, please return the enclosed proxy to:

Many out-of-town homeowners and lot owners, and many residents that cannot/do not attend the meeting. Since we need it to establish a quorum to conduct business, please send in your Proxy form if you will not attend.
The meeting agenda will be available on the Taberna Homeowners Association website (tabernahoa.org) no later than December 3rd and will be available at the meeting. If you do not have internet access contact Bernadette McNulty at (252) 636-6005 to obtain a copy of the agenda.
During the meeting there will be 30 minutes allotted for questions from the floor. Preceding that time we will have an Answer Period for those questions that have been submitted to us prior to the meeting. Please submit questions in advance to Robert Costanzo, 128 Neuchatel Road, New Bern, NC 28562, or e-mail them to us via the THOA website, tabernahoa.org, by Monday, November 26, 2007. It is our intent that responses to all questions will be posted, in January 2008, on the HOA website.
On the reverse side of this notice you will find the amendments to the THOA rules. These changes are effective as of January 1, 2008
